Centre to recast broadcasting bill seeks feedback

THE Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (MI&B) on Monday said it is working on a fresh draft of the Broadcasting Services (Regulation) Bill, saying the revised version would be published after detailed consultations.
Stakeholders can provide additional feedback till October 15, it added.
In a statement on the micro-blogging site X, the ministry said: "The Ministry of Information & Broadcasting is working on a Draft Broadcasting Services (Regulation) Bill.
