United-bound Spanish star says adios

INCOMING Newcastle United arrival Antonio Cordero has broken his silence by announcing his emotional farewell to Spanish side Malaga.

The tricky teenage winger featured in his final game for the club over the weekend, before the Spanish Segunda side officially confirmed the poorly-kept secret regarding his exit.

“Antonito Cordero will end his time at Malaga Club de Futbol when his contract expires on June 30, 2025," a statement read.

“Through his representation agency, the player from Jerez de la Frontera has announced his decision not to renew with our club. Good luck, Antonio.”
