Talent exchange created to tackle skills shortages

THREE UK technology businesses - including two in the North East - have launched a new initiative that aims to transform how businesses access high-quality industry talent.

Following a successful pilot phase, Spyrosoft, Leighton and Opencast have launched the new Digital Capability Exchange UK.

The initiative is designed to help UK tech companies quickly and flexibly access talent to meet their project delivery demands and has signed up anumber of member organisations.

‘The exchange is offering member companies potential talent for particular project opportunities, allowing firms to scale their talent in line with business needs.
