ST James' STACK in Newcastle has been granted a five-year extension.

The 2,000-capacity fanzone and leisure destination, beneath the Gallowgate End of St James' Park, was granted three-year planning permission in 2023 before officially opening in August 2024. There were queues outside long before doors opened for the first time, as fans clamoured to get a first look at the new hotspot, brought to life in partnership with United kit sponsors Sela.
