Pensioner jailed for sex crimes against girls

A 70-year-old has been jailed after being convicted of historical child sex offences against two girls.
-
Thomas Robson was found guilty of 13 offences including rape, attempted rape, exposure, sexual assault and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity at Durham Crown Court in June.
He was cleared of three further offences by the jury.
The pensioner was back at the same court last Wednesday, July 30, where he was sentenced to 19 years in prison with a two-year extended licence period.
