Newcastle won't make Rash move

NEWCASTLE United are not interested in signing Marcus Rashford from Manchester United - either in a cash deal or a loan.

The Magpies have been linked with a loan deal with a view to a permanent move in a daily tabloid, but there has been no willingness from Newcastle to pursue any deal.

Rashford has been offered to a number of clubs, including the black and whites.

But it is not a deal that will tempt Newcastle with his £350,000 per week salary also exceeding the wage ceiling at Benton. Newcastle's top earners - such as Bruno Guimaraes, Joelinton and Anthony Gordon - are all picking up around £150,000 per week and any new big earner would mean a sit down with key Newcastle players to discuss a rise.
