Man in court over alleged speeding

A DRIVER has appeared in court accused of clocking speeds of 110mph along a North East dual carriageway.

Alex Scott

Alex Scott has been charged with dangerous driving after the alleged incident on the A189, near Cramlington, in the early hours of the morning.

The 30-year-old was in the dock at South East Norhumberland Magistrates’ Court this week, and pleaded not guilty to the offence.
