Lifeboat crew to the rescue after island fall

A LIFEBOAT crew helped rescue a pensioner who'd fallen and injured themselves on Holy Island.

At around 3.45pm on Friday, September 5, RNLI Seahouses were asked by the Humber Coastguard to take a paramedic to the casualty as the tide was in and the causeway was impassable for an ambulance.
