Insurer creating jobs as it gears up for growth

NORTH Tyneside employer Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe is creating dozens of new jobs as it gears up for growth this year.

Insurer AND-E - Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Europe - is recruiting for 50 new starters to support key brands including Toyota, Lexus, and Kwik Fit.

The motor insurer plans to bring motor fleet claims handling in-house doubling the number of claims managed by its Newcastle Claims Centre of Excellence by the end of the year.

The company is looking to recruit across a wide range of roles at its hub at Quorum Business Park, Longbenton, with headcount in the claims team expected to increase by around 30%.
