Former Magpie Mike is new Rangers coach

RANGERS have announced that former Gateshead, MK Dons and Carlisle boss Mike Williamson has been added to Russell Martin's coaching staff.

The 41-year-old, a centre-back for Newcastle in his playing days, will become first-team coach at Ibrox.

Sal Bibbo, 50, has also been recruited as goalkeeping coach following the expiry of his contract at Sheffield Wednesday.
