FANS were rewarded for their patience in Newcastle on Wednesday as, after lining up for her album signing, they got to meet pop icon Perrie Edwards as she arrived back in her native North East to promote her debut solo record.

And her meet and greet at HMV in Eldon Square came as the album sat at number 2 in the midweek charts.
