A MAN has been arrested and a dog seized after a pet was killed in South Tyneside.

Franco Fernandez and Romeo
Franco Fernandez, 81, had been walking his cockapoo, six-year-old Romeo, near the car park of Tyne Dock Metro Station at around 10.30pm on Tuesday, October 28.
