Week-long exclusive Chinese culinary showcase at Yi Jing

TT Ratnadipa is set to host a gourmet experience with renowned Master Chef Wang Peng in Chinese cuisine at Yi Jing from June 13th to 19th, 2025. Known for his mastery of Sichuan and Hunan cooking styles (two iconic Chinese regional cuisines celebrated for their bold, spicy, and aromatic flavours), Chef Peng will present a curated a la carte menu featuring 20 of his signature dishes, available exclusively for dinner from 6:30 pm onwards.

Chef Wang Peng, currently leading the culinary team at Yi Jing, ITC Narmada in Ahmedabad, is a culinary veteran with over 22 years of experience across Oriental and Pan Asian kitchens. Hailing from Xian, a city famed for its rich noodle heritage, Chef Peng has perfected the art of handmade noodles, including La Mian (pulled), Dao Xao Mian (cut), and the legendary Biang Biang (stretched) noodles.
