A FORMER primary school teacher from Huddersfield who sexually abused young boys has died in prison.

David Crowther, of Oakwood Crescent, was jailed for 28 months in January after he was found guilty following a trial of a terrifying attack on an 11-year-old boy in his own bedroom.

Leeds Crown Court heard Crowther had gone to the boy's home after he offered to show him his model airplane collection.

He then “positioned” the boy against the wall and indecently assaulted him.
