A FOOTBALL fan who hurled racist abuse during a Town match at the John Smith’s stadium has been banned from attending matches.
Peter Wynn, 62, was arrested at the stadium on October 19 during the match between Town and Bristol Rovers.
Another supporter heard him shouting racist abuse and reported it to stewards and the police.
Wynn, of Whittock Road, Stockwood, Bristol was charged with a public order offence and he appeared at Huddersfield Magistrates’ Court last Thursday.
