JAYDEN IS AIMING FOR A MICHELIN STAR
Meet the A-level student serving up 5-star meals
A PLYMOUTH teenager has been working for some of the UK's most famous chefs while still at school.
Sixteen-year-old Jayden Watson has hopes of running his own Michelin-starred restaurant but isn't waiting until he's finished his education to start honing his skills.
After finishing his GCSEs last year he worked at various renowned restaurants, including Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire.
Now studying for A-levels in Business, Maths and Law at Plymouth High School, he still spends his weekends working at Lympstone Manor at Exmouth.
Jayden's commitment reaped rewards when he was recognised in this year's South West Chef of the Year competition, where he won the the award for Best Showcase of Regional Ingredients.
