Teenager died after road crash

INQUEST TOLD OF COLLISION WITH AGRICULTURAL VEHICLE
A 19-year-old student died after his motorbike collided with an agricultural vehicle near to the Dartmoor Diner on the A386 earlier this year, and inquest has heard.
The brief hearing was held on May 6 by senior coroner Philip Spinney at Exeter County Hall, now the main coroner's court for Devon, Plymouth and Torbay.
Mr Spinney explained how Harvey Rogers-Nye was born in Plymouth and resided at an address in Plymouth. He was noted to be single and a student at the time.
