CLEVERLEY GIVES HIGH PRAISE TO ‘OUTSTANDING' PEPPLE
BIM Pepple scored the winning goal for Plymouth Argyle for the second successive match as they beat Peterborough United 1-0 to continue climbing up the League One table.
Tom Cleverley's Pilgrims have picked up eight points from their last four games, a sequence which started when Pepple grabbed an equaliser deep into added time in a 1-1 draw with Wycombe Wanderers at Home Park on December 29.
Argyle have also reached the quarterfinals of the Vertu Trophy following a 4-3 victory over Bristol Rovers in the round of 16 at the Memorial Stadium last Tuesday, when Pepple came off the bench and scored another last-gasp goal.
