ARGYLE BOARD URGE GREEN ARMY TO GET BEHIND TEAM
THERE is no quick fix to Plymouth Argyle's rebuild after their relegation from the Championship last season and it will take time and patience, the club's board of directors have said in a statement released yesterday.
Ahead of today's League One game against Blackpool at Home Park, the Pilgrims' board said: "We hear the frustrations and are determined to put things right. Now more than ever, the team needs all our backing."
They added that all money which came into the club was used for the benefit of Argyle some spent, some invested - and none of it went back out to shareholders, with a full breakdown of the figures to be shared at a fans' forum next month.
