CLEVERLEY DELIGHTED WITH OSENI PROGRESS
TOM Cleverley has admitted the development of Plymouth Argyle's 22-year-old striker Owen Oseni over the last six months has been a lot quicker than he expected.
Oseni joined the Pilgrims in the summer after a short spell at Scottish Premiership side St Mirren, where he did not get any goals in 11 substitute appearances.
Cleverley immediately identified Oseni as a development project but the forward from Waterford in the Republic of Ireland has started to show some real potential in recent weeks.
He led the attack for three League One games while top scorer Lorent Tolaj was suspended, and scored the winning goal when the Pilgrims beat Wycombe Wanderers 1-0 at Adams Park on December 9.
