A HUGE Grade II-listed Plymouth farm which has been turned into flats is to be auctioned at a knock-down price.

Farm properties put up for auction

Wixenford Farm, at Coledown Hill, between Plympton and Plymstock, went on the market last year, after the family that owns it decided to sell up.

With a price tag close to £1 million, there were no takers when it was auctioned last December and now the property has been split in two, with nearly £450,000 wiped off the total cost. The freehold of the farmhouse and two neighbouring barns is being marketed with a guide price of £375,000.
