GREAT BRITISH MENU BBC2, 7PM
KILLER MENU: Tommy Banks and Andi Oliver with chef Dan Andree
GUEST judge Tommy Banks has some disappointing news for one of the new chefs joining the competition tonight.
"You can’t serve a human liver," he informs him. Mind you, I’m surprised this chap needs to be told.
Why would he ever have thought he could do something so horrendous? This, after all, is the starter course, which on Great British Menu has to be vegan, for heaven's sake. Doesn’t this guy know the rules?
Actually, yes, it turns out he does.

How best to look after your skin in your sixties
