Time up for Pimm's o'clock as Wimbledon trials fruity mocktail with less of a punch

Now Wimbledon is experimenting with a mocktail in the style of the fruity punch to satisfy a growing demand for alcohol-free options.

The All England Club has also introduced booze-free Stella Artois beer on draught and mocktails made from non-alcoholic sparkling wines and spirits amid the move towards sobriety among gen Z.

Charlie Cook, the business director of food and drink at Wimbledon, said: "We look at market trends [and] employ a food and drink futurist to look at where those trends are going.
