Liverpool have agreed to sell Luis Díaz to Bayern Munich in a deal worth up to €75m (£65.5m).
Liverpool have agreed to sell Luis Díaz to Bayern Munich in a deal worth up to €75m (£65.5m). The Colombian is poised to fly from Liverpool's training camp in Tokyo, having been given permission to travel for a medical with the German champions.
Bayern had made Díaz a long-term target and were forced to pay what the English champions demanded as fair market value. The 28-year-old forward first indicated in the summer of 2024 he was open to a transfer. Liverpool reluctantly decided to sell him as part of a summer reboot of their forward line, having twice offered a new contract to a player who arrived from Porto in January 2022.
