A WOMAN fuelled by alcohol and drugs viciously attacked her neighbour in the early hours of the morning after a dispute about her dogs defecating in an alley-way.
Chloe Jolly was told she has narrowly escaped an immediate prison sentence after footage of the brutal attack was played at Teesside Crown Court, sitting at the magistrates' court.
Recorder Bryan Cox heard how the victim, Jolly's neighbour, had complained to the environmental health agency to report Jolly, who was 19 at the time, for letting her dogs defecate in the rear alley.
Rachel Butt, prosecuting, said: “The complainant had visited the defendant's house twice in an attempt to speak about the ongoing issue.”
Another woman had told the victim: “What are you doing? What has it got to do with you?”
At 2am on May 23, 2023, Jolly and several others attended her Middlesbrough home.
CCTV footage shows Jolly is the first to throw a punch at her neighbour, and others - including men and women who have not been identified - join in.
