Eight months jail for thug who grabbed woman and threatened to 'snap her jaw'

HE ADMITTED ASSAULT BY BEATING AND BREACHING RESTRAINING ORDER
A THUG told a court he let his 'heart overrule his head' after he breached a restraining order to support his former partner - but then he ended up attacking her.
Sean McGeehin has been locked up for eight months after assaulting a woman and breaching a restraining order.
The 52-year-old had already been jailed for 15 months after he assaulted the same woman, his former partner, causing her actual bodily harm.
Teesside Crown Court heard how the woman did not support the prosecution. She had invited him to her home months after his release and he stayed with her for seven weeks, disregarding the five-year restraining order which was put in place by a judge.
