Top Line mulls SG trading arm to boost fuel import ops

Cebu-based fuel distributor Top Line Business Development Corp. plans to establish a wholly owned trading subsidiary in Singapore, expanding its fuel import operations as it pursues a long-term vertical integration strategy.

The company's board approved the formation of the Singapore-based entity, which will function as its international trading arm, allowing it to transact directly with global suppliers and negotiate procurement terms as volumes scale, the company said in a statement.
