Cebu-based Rent.ph has entered into a partnership with SMDC Good Stays to market about 90,000 condominium units that are ready for occupancy, creating one of the largest centralized rental inventories in the Philippines.

Under the agreement, Rent.ph will serve as the primary rental marketing platform for SMDC residential units across the country, consolidating listings from multiple developments onto a single digital marketplace. The units are part of SMDC's existing, completed portfolio and are immediately available for lease.

The tie-up combines Rent.ph's multi-listing and tenant-matching technology with the leasing and property management operations of SMDC Good Stays, the residential leasing arm of SM Development Corp. SMDC Good Stays manages both short-term and long-term rentals on behalf of SMDC unit owners.

The partnership was formally launched with senior executives from both companies, including Jessica “Jica” Sy, vice president and head of design, innovation and strategy at SMDC and SM Prime Holdings, and SMDC Good Stays general manager DV Vicencio. Sales executives Aye Luna and Jhedd Bonquin also participated in the signing.
