DOH honors CCMC's commitment to sustainable and safe healthcare

The Department of Health (DOH) has recognized the Cebu City Medical Center (CCMC) for its commitment to sustainable and safe healthcare.

A plaque of recognition was awarded to CCMC under the prestigious 3-Green Star Rating during the 2025 Green and Safe Health Facilities Recognition held at the Swiss Blulane Hotel in Sta. Cruz, Manila.
CCMC stood out as the only local government unit (LGU)-run hospital in Region VII to be included in the 3-Star Category a distinction reserved for facilities that demonstrate exceptional compliance with environmentally responsible and safe healthcare systems.
The award highlights the hospital's dedication to integrating sustainability into its daily operations while ensuring the safety and well-being of both patients and staff.
