CEBU'S RESIDENTIAL BOOM
Cebu is cementing its position as the country's largest residential hub outside Metro Manila, with condominium supply expanding at a rapid pace on the back of robust demand across both mid-income and luxury segments.
Data from Colliers Philippines show that Metro Cebu's condominium stock stood at 69,000 units at the end of 2024, a figure projected to rise to 102,000 by 2028 as national developers step up project launches.
Analysts expect improving sentiment among businesses, investors and end-users to underpin further growth in the sector.
