CCCI to host world-class leadership program in Cebu

The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) will host for the first time in the Philippines the Human Interaction Laboratory (HIL), a behavioral science-based leadership and management program long established at Stanford University and American University in Washington, DC.
The program, designed by global strategist and educator Dr. Brian To, will run in Cebu from October 23 to 26, 2025. It marks a significant step in the Chamber's efforts to position Cebu as a regional hub for enterprise learning and leadership development.
"This is an opportunity to bring world-class learning closer to our business community," said Jay Yuvallos, president of CCCI.
"We want Cebu to be known not just as a hub for commerce, but as a hub for world-class enterprises, people, and ideas. Partnering with Dr. To helps us raise the bar in equipping our leaders for sustainability and long-term impact," Yuvallos added.
