The no-dropping policy buses leaving or entering Cebu City now have to strictly comply with is getting the ire of many commuters.

In case you didn't know it yet, buses coming from outside or leaving Cebu City can no longer disembark or pick up passengers anywhere aside from the Cebu South Bus Terminal (CSBT) or the Cebu North Bus Terminal (CNBT).
We understand why commuters are complaining.
Imagine going from Dalaguete town with the intent of getting off in Barangay Mambaling because your destination is near there. But then you can't get off there and have to disembark from the CSBT where you will have to pay for another ride to go back to Mambaling.
