Of the 14 bodies recovered in Mandaue City, 12 have been confirmed to be residents of Cebu City, while two remain unidentified, according to Mandaue City administrator Gonzalo Malig-on in an interview yesterday.

This means that as of yesterday, Mandaue has recorded zero fatalities, with one individual still reported missing.

“Na-relieved ta nga mao na ang final data as of yesterday, November 6, kay it means katong preemptive evacuation nakatabang to,” said Malig-on.

He said the identities were verified through the Mandaue City Police Office and the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.
