SC sets final 9-month deadline

The Supreme Court has granted a final extension of nine months to complete the trial in the high-profile Sheena Bora murder case, making it clear that no further requests will be entertained in this regard.
A bench of Justices MM Sundresh and N Kotiswar Singh passed the order on March 16 while considering a communication dated February 5 from the Special Judge, CBI, City Civil and Sessions Court, Greater Bombay, seeking additional time to conclude the trial, Live Law reports.
