Minister asks officials to redress complaints in their offices daily

State social welfare and district in-charge minister Dr H C Mahadevappa on Monday directed officials of all departments of the district administration to fix scheduled timings to meet the public in their offices daily once one or two hours compulsorily.

He was speaking after receiving complaints from the public at the Janaspandana meeting held in the city.
