Finally, the joke was on Shyam comedian Rangeela whose nomination from the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat has been rejected.

Rangeela's claim to fame or notoriety it all depends on one's perspective - was because of his mimicry skills, especially when it came to lampooning Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Rangeela, quite sure that he was not just another 'also ran,' had filed his nomination as an independent on May 14 and even posted a video on X
