JHARKHAND ELECTION | Apart from giving ₹2,100 per month to each woman, saffron party promises pucca houses to 21 lakh families
The BJP on Sunday released its manifesto for the upcoming Jharkhand assembly election, promising Rs2,100 a month to women under 'Gogo Didi' and also pledged to provide concrete houses to 21 lakh families.
Union home minister Amit Shah released the party's manifesto in the state capital.
Among other key promises made in the party's 'Sankalp Patra', BJP also promised to provide 21 lakh families with their own concrete homes, with tap water connections as it also promised to provide a monthly stipend of Rs2,000 for two years to support the youth in their careers. It also promised to create 287,000 government jobs and offer 500,000 self-employment opportunities.
