Police detain two Bangladeshis

Pune Police conducted a midnight combing operation in Budhwar Peth on Wednesday and detained two Bangladeshi women who were allegedly residing illegally in the red-light area.
During the drive, police inspected more than 700 persons and searched over 50 houses.
The operation was carried out between 12am and 3am, with strict barricading on major roads and heavy police deployment in the locality.
