Former Kerala DGP Jacob Thomas will formally enter active service with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh on 1 October in Kochi, aligning more closely than ever with the Sangh Parivar.
He will don the RSS uniform, ganvesh, at the Vijaya-dashami Pada Sanchalanam, declaring that he seeks no organisational title but wishes instead to dedicate himself fully to work within the movement.
