AP aims for Digital Transformation: CM Babu highlights tech-driven governance

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Monday underlined that the ultimate goal of governance is to bring government services directly to citizens, and this can be achieved only through digital transformation.

Delivering the keynote address at the 28th National e-Governance Conference, organized by the Union Ministry of IT and Communications in Visakhapatnam, the Chief Minister said Andhra Pradesh is already leading the way with its ‘Mana Mitra’ WhatsApp Governance platform, through which over 751 public services are now accessible on mobile phones.
