Short Winter Session ahead

The Centre on Saturday announced that the Winter Session of Parliament will be held from December 1 to December 19, drawing sharp criticism from the Opposition, which described it as "unusually delayed and truncated."
The Congress said the short session would allow little time for meaningful debate on key national and international issues.
With four public holidays during this period, Parliament is effectively scheduled to function for just 15 days.
