Guv flags ‘irregularities’ in CM’s list

Governor R. V. Arlekar has approached a Supreme Court-appointed committee alleging serious irregularities in the process followed to recommend vice chancellors for technical and digital universities, claiming that the list sent by the Chief Minister included individuals facing corruption concerns and, in some cases, foreign nationals who were ineligible under existing norms.
