CM to lead protest against Centre

Thiruvananthapuram will be the setting on Monday for a full-day protest led by the CPM-headed Left Dem oc ratic Front government, which has accused the Centre of imposing what it describes as an economic blockade that is constraining the State's development and financial stability.
Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, along with Ministers and legislators, is scheduled to spearhead the demonstration at the Martyrs' Column, with the programme set to begin at 10 a. m. and continue until 5 p. m.
