Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has reaffirmed his government's bold vision to ensure that “no poor family remains homeless by 2029.” Declaring that “a house is not just four walls, it is a symbol of dignity, safety, and identity,” the Chief Minister launched the mass Gruha Pravesam programme for three lakh beneficiaries across the state on Wednesday.

Participating in the housewarming ceremony of beneficiaries Hemalatha and Sheikh Mumtaz Begum at Devagudipalli village in Chinnamandem mandal, Naidu personally handed over house keys, along with ceiling fans and bulbs as symbolic gifts of comfort and progress. He also interacted with beneficiaries and reviewed groundwater development stalls set up at the venue.
At a massive public meeting later in Rayachoti, the Chief Minister reiterated that the TDP-led alliance government’s mission is to make home ownership universal by 2029. “The Telugu Desam Party was born with the slogan ‘Food, Clothing, and Shelter’. NTR garu was the first leader who dreamt of providing pucca houses for the poor and we are carrying that vision forward,” Naidu declared to loud cheers.
