Chakra means wheel. The memory of the word wheel itself gives a sense of movement.
Chakra means wheel. The memory of the word wheel itself gives a sense of movement. The wheel of time keeps rotating continuously. Time does not move according to anyone, rather the living beings themselves have to move according to time. Our life is also dynamic. There are seven chakras in this body, which are inexhaustible sources of energy (power). The balance of these energy sources keeps the physical, mental and spiritual energy balanced, which keeps the entire physical, mental and spiritual health of the living being better. The number of these chakras is seven.
These chakras are located in the spinal cord through which the energy of the entire body is controlled. The spinal cord is the pillar of the body. This life energy of the chakras can be balanced through regular yoga and meditation. As soon as the chakras become unbalanced, the body becomes a storehouse of diseases. To balance the chakras, it is very important to first know the details of each chakra. These chakras maintain the health of the body. They control emotions. If they are unbalanced, it becomes difficult to remain healthy at the physical, mental and spiritual level. When the chakras are balanced, any kind of damage is resolved before it happens because the flow of energy is determined from here. Based on the number of chakras, there are seven of them, which are as follows:
1- Muladhara Chakra - This chakra is located at the very bottom of our spine. It is indicative of the awakening of our Kundalini Shakti. It awakens enthusiasm and awareness in life. Our entire expulsion system comes under this chakra. This chakra is indicative of physical power and creative power. As soon as the Muladhara Chakra weakens, heaviness, sadness, inertia settles in the body and terrible diseases like arthritis surround us.

MERCEDES-BENZ GLS450d 4MATIC REVIEW
Cruising serenely at the Yamuna Expressway at around 90 km/h, I was passed by another GLS, that too in the same shade of Black, which compelled me to increase my pace to check if it’s a 450d as well or the previous 400d. Turns out it’s a 400d, and though I had the more powerful car, I slowed down as I didn’t want to give him an impression that I was trying to race.
