Rahul on a US trip hits out at BJP, RSS; stirs up controversy

Attacking the BJP and the Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS), Congress leader Rahul Gandi said that they believe India is one idea whereas the grand old party believes that it is a multiplicity of ideas and this fight was crystallised in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections when people of the country understood that Prime Minister Narendra Modi was attacking the Constitution of India.

While addressing the Indian diaspora at the Toyota Music Factory here, Rahul Gandhi, who is on his first trip to US as Leader of Opposition (LOP) in the Lok Sabha said, "India and the US both are union of states and no state can claim that it is the best. And similarly India's national anthem doesn't put any state as superior to any other."
