It unites two loving souls for a purposeful life. In fact, marriage creates the platform for a family tree for successive generations.

It has sanctity, trust, and mutual affection. Unfortunately, in India, two major developments badly affected the marriage. They are delayed marriages and increasing numbers of divorces among couples.

If one looks at the delayed marriages or no marriages, it is observed that for marriage to settle down, there are many pre-conditions. In the 21st century, marriages are considerably different from previous centuries.

With the focus on education and the job market, the young and educated youth prioritize themselves. In the past, parents used to settle down the marriage alliances. Contrary to this, the choice and selection of young girls of marriageable age holds the key for final settlements. They become independent according to their decision.
