The Delhi Congress has strongly criticized the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP)-led Delhi government over the severe air pollution levels in the city, which have reached hazardous levels.
Delhi Congress President Devender Yadav stated that air pollution in the capital has become so dangerous that people are afraid to leave their homes due to the risk of illness from breathing the toxic air. He remarked that in any other country, such conditions would likely lead to a medical emergency, yet in Delhi, the AAP government and BJP are engaged in blame games instead of addressing the spread of polluted air that is causing serious respiratory and heart issues, as well as skin and eye ailments.
