Factionalism in the Haryana Congress has once again come to the fore with the party's state in-charge Deepak Babria has put the list of district in-charges issued by state president Chaudhary Udai Bhan on hold.

"All Haryana Congress leaders and workers are hereby informed that the list of district in-charges published by the Haryana Pradesh Congress Office on December 18, has been put on hold until further orders. Its implementation will remain suspended until the next directive", reads a letter issued by Babria.
