Marking the 25th anniversary of the Kargil War, the Headquarters of the Army Training Command (ARTRAC) in Shimla is celebrating the ‘Kargil Vijay Diwas Rajat Jayanti Mahotsav.’
The event, featuring an exhibition and various shows, has captivated the public, drawing large crowds to the Ridge Grounds in Shimla.
The event and the festivities surrounding it were inaugurated by Lieutenant General Devendra Sharma, the General Officer Commanding in Chief of ARTRAC, on Thursday.
